RESISTANCE TO PILLING AND ABRASION:
MJS yarn is the answer to pilling problems. This can
only been achieved, because of structural difference
of MJS yarn, and it also provides more washing cycles
of fabric then the fabric made from Ring Spun Yarn.
Ultimately fabric made by this yarn is long lasting.
As we increase the no. of washings the difference between
MJS yarn fabric & Ring Spun Yarn fabric becomes
Due to structural difference, MJS yarn has less hairiness
compared to Ring Spun Yarn. This ultimately gives reduction
in troubles of post spinning processes. It also gives
a clear appearance of the fabric.
STABILITY AGAINST DEFORMATIN:
Spirality problem is also solved by MJS yarn. It has
been observed that Ring Spun Fabrics specially knitted
fabric shows deformation or deviation from axis. Such
fabric does not have nice fall & stability against
deformation. This has been achieved by MJS yarn fabric
LESS SHRINKAGE OF FABRIC:
As the normal Ring Spun Yarn is twisted yarn, which
has always lose tendency to shrink. As the twist is
increased in yarn, the shrinkage in fabric becomes more
VORTEX, the MJS yarn has no such twisted structure
& due to this structural difference the shrinkage
problem is less in the fabric made by MJS.
MOISTURE ABSORPTION & QUICK DRYING:
Ring Spun highly twisted yarn cannot absorb moisture
rapidly. If absorbed it cannot dry quickly As the MJS
yarn has unique yarn formation, in which long fibers
go to the core & short fibers come to the outer
layer & is wrapped on core fibers, there is no application
of twist in this formation. So this structural change
in yarn formation results in greater moisture absorption
& quick drying.
